About Jennifer

For the past six years, I've had the joy of helping people find their home in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota, with a passion for real estate that grows stronger every year. Alongside my real estate work, my husband and I continue to own and operate our residential construction company, which we started over thirteen years ago, and today, our two sons work with us as well. Having our family involved keeps our business rooted in trust, craftsmanship, and pride. This ongoing experience gives me a unique advantage as a Realtor; I pair an agent's market knowledge with a builder's eye for quality, potential, and long-term value.

I work effeciently, communicate clearly, and do everything I can to make the buying and selling process feel smooth and stress-free. While I'm naturally non-confrontational, I'm a strong advocate when it matters most, always putting my clients best interests first. 

The Black Hills and Rapid City area aren't just where I work, they're where I find peace, inspiration, and community. When I'm not serving my clients or working with our construction company, I love spending time painting on canvas, reading, hiking in the hills, walking outdoors, fishing, hunting, boating, and camping. These hobbies keep me connected to the land and lifestyle that draw so many people to this region.
